The team at the Balsall Common site is led by our long standing Nursery Manager, Rachel. She has been with Tiny Teddies for over 8 years and as well as being qualified to Level 4 has worked at all our nursery sites, managing and setting up two, and also managed and set up our Holiday Fun Club. Rachel has a committed team of four other staff, all who have grown, developed and achieved their childcare qualifications with the nursery.
Rachel is overseen by Senior Manager Margaret who has been with Tiny Teddies since it opened in 2003 and has worked her way through the company from Modern Apprentice to Senior Nursery Manager in 2012. She is also supported by Kalpna also a Senior Manager who has been with the company since it opened over 12 years ago to maintain a high quality standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care is provided throughout the company and to ensure everyone within the team is totally focused on delivering a quality service to you and your child. Each room has a dedicated room leader with outstanding experience and knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
Our Senior Team is made up of Directors and Senior Managers responsible for; Customer Service, Business Administration, HR, IT, Marketing and Finance. So if you have a specific query there is a dedicated manager and a deputy manager who can resolve it and therefore allowing the other members of staff to focus on the care of the children and manage the team of staff working under them.
We are proud to boast that the majority of staff throughout the company have been with the nursery for at least 4 years and 10 staff across all sites have been employed at Tiny Teddies since it opened in 12 years ago. We now have 74 full time employees and a dedicated team of Bank Staff.
